Before joining the opening team, management trainees will complete a comprehensive leadership development program in both our Baton Rouge and Shreveport training restaurants.

This hands-on experience will prepare you to:

Applicants must be willing to train in both Baton Rouge and Shreveport before the new restaurant opens.
